Details: Warranty & Repair Administrator ISUMMARY Implements and directs activities designed to provide service centers and operators with support for warranty repair, replacement and repair & overhaul of parts.   Monitor service and operations report (SOR), establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal/external customers to ensure world class customer support. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Supports warranty and repair program administration. Responsible to complete assigned projects set by management within the specified timeframe. Determine, develops and directs warranty service repair/exchange and overhaul and purchase orders (P.O.) with service centers and supports Supply Chain with returns to suppliers. Oversees program specific work orders associated with warranty repair/exchange and overhaul & repair orders. Collaborates with production, warehouse and shipping, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments. Monitors, documents and controls customer owned parts. Collaborates with the Warranty and Depot Repair Administrator to document and update spares exchange program to include rotable pools. Supports the analysis of trends to determine minimum levels of inventory within the exchange program. Maintain effective customer relationships with all service centers and customers. Supports the analysis of data to identify potential and ongoing parts discrepancies. Supports data entry and management of the warranty data record. Other duties may be assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None.
