Details: Maintain preventative maintenance program covering all equipment, while performing a variety of maintenance tasks on facility equipment including: electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical which keeps the facilities buildings, machines, equipment and fixtures in good repair and working order Performs electro-mechanical operations needed to remove, dismantle, disassemble, repair and occasionally rebuild and replace defective devices for machines or equipment Maintain inventory of critical repair parts Performs emergency work orders, repairs and troubleshoots equipment in a timely manner Keep work area clean and observe all safety rules Perform all other work as deemed necessary by the Maintenance Manager Identify, record and report any problems relating to the product, process and quality system Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels A committed understanding (to know thoroughly, grasp or comprehend) in achieving safety, environmental, production and quality goals
