Technical Service Technician

Primary Responsibilities: Conducts site surveys at dental practices to determine the needs of the practice. Performs standard system installations and tests the functionality of all components. Trains the office staff on proper operation of the systems installed. Provides technical support after initial installation of PC software and hardware. Assists in determining replacement components necessary for on-site service repairs. Provides summaries of services rendered to the technical support team. Completes all required paperwork (time sheets, service orders, BRH forms, inventory expense reports, purchase card statements, and equipment related items). Follows all proper vehicle maintenance guidelines. Presents a clean, professional appearance, including proper company uniforms at all times. Initiates, acquires, and maintains technical knowledge to remain current with company standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
