Determine parts, supplies or tools needed to complete service requests. Relay any special problems to Service Coordinator following each call. Ensure that standard response times committed to the Service Coordinator are met Load, deliver, install, spec, and train customers on the use and basic maintenance of equipment sold Use, maintain and secures test devices and tools used to adjust, calibrate and repair equipment Complete all required paperwork (time sheets, service orders, BRH forms, inventory, expense reports and/or purchase card statements or equipment related items) Return defective modules assemblies or parts to the local office and label items Maintain and restock parts trucks Perform other duties as assigned
