The purpose of this role is to ensure that the organizational department has the Technical Service Capability to support its engineering and service commitments to a Basic or Standard Level of Complexity.This role will report to the Technical Services Manager of the organizational department and advise on any Technical Service or Support Matter.This role will carryout service or support work in line with standard procedures or practices. 1. Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve standard technical problems that arise during start-up.2. Respond to routine enquiries from customers about the technical aspects of the organizations products and services.3. Develop skills and knowledge of the organizations products and services by working closely with a more experienced engineer or as the Entry member of an engineering team.
